Terms of service

The service

FINZO! is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. The two-player word duel. Add a letter, call FINZO!, and dare them to prove you wrong.

Your account

You need a valid email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account; don't share sign-in links. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You can export your data, change your email preferences or delete the account at any time from your account page.

Payments

Paid plans are billed by Stripe in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Prices may change with notice; the change applies at your next renewal. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires them.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law, abuse other people, attack the service, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store and display it to run the service, and no more.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FINZO! is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
