Privacy

How FINZO! handles your data. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

  • Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time link and to send the emails described below. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email and name.
  • Billing details are handled by Stripe. We store which plan you're on and the Stripe customer id, never card numbers.
  • What you do on FINZO!: the things you create here, and product events (for example "item created") that help us understand which features are used. Events carry ids and categories, not the content you write.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser are used to keep the service secure and to rate-limit abuse. Cloudflare, which hosts FINZO!, processes them to deliver the site.
  • Where you came from: if you arrive through a referral or campaign link we note the source so we know what works. Nothing is shared with the referrer beyond a count.

Cookies

FINZO! uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, a small cookie remembering your theme, and a 30-day cookie recording the referral source you arrived with. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Emails

We send sign-in links, a welcome message, and billing notices (such as a trial ending). Product news is optional and off from your account page at any time. We never sell or rent your email address.

Who we share data with

  • Cloudflare (hosting, database, email delivery).
  • Stripe (payments and subscriptions).
  • Google (only if you choose to sign in with Google).

No one else, unless the law requires it.

Your data, your choices

From your account page you can download everything we hold about you as a file, change email preferences, and delete your account. Deletion is immediate: your account, your content and any subscription are removed. Backups age out within 30 days.

Children

FINZO! is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page and, for material changes, by email. Questions: privacy@finzo.win.
